I am the proud daughter of Mexican immigrant parents. As a first-generation college student, my passions are student access and success in Higher Education. I have a Bachelor of Science in Child, Adult, and Family Services from Iowa State University and a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri. Through a social and racial equity lens, I aim to provide student-centered support and help students in accomplishing their academic and professional goals. When I am not working with students, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, and watching movies. A fun fact about me is that I bungee jumped into the Gulf of Mexico!
