Ifeanyi Howard Odor
I support International students attending Normandale on a student visa. I work collaboratively with staff from Academic and Student Affairs in support of student success and graduation.
I joined the Normandale Community College staff in June 2000 as a Student Support Services Advisor working with low-income and first-generation students. In this role I served as a student advocate and participated in efforts that directly or indirectly promoted individual student scholastic achievement and academic progress. I am currently the Retention Coordinator/Emergency Grant Coordinator/International Student Advisor. In this role I work with students on issues that prevent program completion and provide personal attention in guiding students to the resolution of concerns. The Emergency Grant helps student cover unexpected college expenses. Before arriving at Normandale Community College, I worked for Asset Marketing Service in the Customer Service / Fulfilment dept. I have an A.A. degree and a B.A. degree from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul
