Financial Aid and Student Services are having virtual sessions to help students complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Minnesota Dream Act Application for the 2021-2022 and/or the 2022-2023 academic year. Please sign up for one of the available sessions below!
Which financial aid application should I be working on?
For Fall 2021, Spring 2022, Summer 2022, work on your 2021-2022 FAFSA/Minnesota Dream Act Application.
For Fall 2022, Spring 2023 and Summer 2023, work on your 2022-2023 FAFSA/Minnesota Dream Act Application.
Information you need to complete the FAFSA or MN Dream Act Application:
Dependent students, generally, who are under the age of 24 must include parent information. Please have their social security number (if applicable) and date of birth.
Completion of Aid Application for Fall/Spring/Summer 2021-2022
- 2019 IRS tax forms 1040 tax forms for you and your parent
- If you or your parent did not file taxes but worked in 2019, you must have ALL 2019 W2 forms
Completion of Aid Application for Fall/Spring/Summer 2022-2023
- 2020 IRS tax forms 1040 for you and your parent
- If you or your parent did not file taxes, but worked in 2020, you must have ALL 2020 W2 forms
Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID & password ready to log into FAFSA to complete the application (not needed for MN Dream Act)
- If you do not yet have an FSA ID, please go to the link below and click on Create Account.

- If your FAFSA requires a parent/guardian signature, your parent/guardian will need to apply for a separate FSA ID & password
